Respiratory distress after delivery.

Patchy airspace opacities which are distributed in the right upper lobe and medial right lower lobe and to a lesser degree in the left lung.

Case Discussion

Radiographic features here are of meconium aspiration predominantly affecting the right side, with greater involvement of the right upper lobe.
