ET, NG tube and UVC in situ in appropriate positions.
Course bilateral patchy airspace opacification with air trapping in the left upper and right lower lobe. Features are of meconium aspiration.
Case Discussion
With the history and an "abnormal chest radiograph", the diagnosis is not really in doubt. Radiographic features are of meconium aspiration with bilateral patchy pulmonary infiltrates.
