There is a microcolon. Contrast reaches the mid-point of the transverse colon, but despite multiple attempts and changes of position, contrast reaches no further.
Case Discussion
Microcolon and failure to pass the point of potential obstruction suggest a differential of meconium ileus or small bowel atresia. Meconium ileus is more likely.
