Multiple discrete calcification foci are noted along under surface of both diaphragm, anterior abdominal wall.
Free fluid pockets are seen abdomen.
A lesion with calcified wall is noted in lower anterior abdomen.
Case Discussion
Findings favor meconium peritonitis with ascites, meconium pseudocyst.
