Medastinal sarcoidosis

Age: 30
Gender: Female

Chest X-ray

There are multiple nodular opacity located at bilateral hilar area with out parenchymal changes which consistent with Stage I pulmonary sarcoidosis.


Chest CT

Chest CT shows multiple soft tissue density nodular mass lesions in mediastinal space and bilateral hilar region which are best seen in coronal mediastinl window. There are no parenchymal involvement which consistent with Stage I pulmonary sarcoidosis as previously suggested.

The diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis is proven by pathology after tissue biopsy
