Presentation

Distortive valgus trauma with proximal medial pain

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Male

Full proximal insertion discontinuity of the medial capsular ligament.

It is associated lesion proximal insertion of the anterior cruciate ligament and bone marrow edema of contusive type in the femoral condyle and lateral tibial plate.

There is modest joint effusion.
