Presentation

Sports injury while skiing.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Thickened and hyperintense proximal medial collateral ligament with posterior fiber disruption. Associated bone marrow edema within the medial femoral condyle. Hyperintense posterior oblique ligament. 

Menisci, cruciate ligaments and lateral collateral ligaments are intact.
