Presentation

A heavy object fell on the patient's right foot.

There is an oblique fracture line along the medial cuneiform bone. Remainder bone structures are unremarkable.

Case Discussion

This case shows a midfoot isolated fracture: a medial cuneiform bone fracture. This is an uncommon fracture and, in this instance, was a direct result of a heavy object falling over and injuring this bone.
