Medial knee pain without history of trauma.

Case Discussion

The diagnosis requires continuity between the anterior and posterior horns on three consecutive 5mm sagittal slices and is confirmed by coronal slices, showing an abnormally thick meniscus. The MRI findings were confirmed on arthroscopy.
