Presentation

Sudden right shoulder pain while lifting a heavy suitcase into the luggage net.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

Complete tear of the subscapularis and supraspinatus tendons. As a consequence the long head of the biceps tendon is displaced medially into the glenohumeral joint.
