Medial epicondyle fracture

H/o fall on ground. C/o Elbow pain, swelling.

Patient Data

Gender: Male

There is a corticated bone on medial aspect of elbow - avulsed medial epicondyle. There is no associated fracture of humeral metaphysis.

There is no dislocation. Epiphyses of capitellum and radial head are normal.

Case Discussion

Findings of medial epicondyle avulsion fracture of elbow. It is the most common avulsion injury of the elbow in children and adolescents.
