There are subcutaneous few lymph nodes with hyperechoic enlarged hila and thin cortex at the site of pain and swelling. The hilar vascularity is preserved. The perinodal fat is echogenic. However, there is no local collection. There was no axillary lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
Findings favor epitrochlear lymphadenitis with perinodal cellulitis.
