Medial epitrochlear lymphadenopathy

Pain just proximal to medial aspect of elbow - 15 days. O/E palpable small nodule. Referred for ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 35 yrs
Gender: Female

Few nodes with hyperechoic enlarged hila and thin cortex are noted in subcutenoous fat. Hilar vascularity is preserved. Perinodal fat is echogenic. No collection is noted. No other soft tissue mass is noted. No RIGHT axillary lymphadenopathy is noted.

Case Discussion

Findings favor epitrochlear lymadenitis with perinodal cellulitis.
