Loculated cyst measuring 3.5 cm adjacent to the origin of the medial gastrocnemius where a pedicle/neck is demonstrated. 

Case Discussion

Ganglion cysts have been documented to arise from both the medial and lateral gastrocnemius origins and have imaging features similar to ganglion cysts found elsewhere. The main differential is a Baker's cyst.
