X-ray shows a non-displaced right medial malleolus fracture.
Soft tissue swelling around the ankle joint.
Case Discussion
Immobilization of the fracture in a splint in such a case is often sufficient.
Sometimes it may need an ORIF by a screw if the fracture is displaced and unstable.
