Acute infarct in anteromedial aspect of medulla, towards left of midline showing diffusion restriction on DW images.
Lacunar infarcts, discrete and confluent areas of ischemic demyelienation are seen in pons, bilateral periventricular, deep and subcortical white matter.
Bilateral convexity sulci and lateral ventricle are mildly prominent, likely age related.
