Cystic lobulated lesion along the posterior aspect of joint line associated with a horizontal tear of the medial meniscus posterior horn extending posterior to the PCL along the ligament of Wrisberg.

MRI reveals a horizontal tear of the posterior horn of medial meniscus with a meniscal cyst along its posterior aspect.
