Bucket handle tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus with double PCL sign is present and a meniscal fragment seen in the intercondylar notch.
Fuzzy ill-defined ACL with complete fibers disruption denoting a complete tear.
Moderate joint effusion.
Focal partial cartilage defect is seen at the patella, keeping with Grade III chondromalacia patellae.
Case Discussion
There is a common association between bucket handle meniscal injury with ACL tear.
In this case, the absence of bone marrow edema is suggestive of chronicity.
