Truncation of the medial meniscus.
Radial tear of the posterior root attachment of the medial meniscus.
Medial femoral condyle osteochondral lesion (flattening of the articular surface, subcortical marrow edema).
Diffuse thickening and increased signal intensity of the anterior cruciate ligament with no course discontinuity.
Large joint effusion.
Case Discussion
The case demonstrates complex knee injury:
Radial tears of the body and posterior root of the medial meniscus
Stage II osteochondral lesion of the medial femoral condyle
Sprain of the anterior cruciate ligament
