Medial tentorial meningioma with supratentorial extension

Well defined extra-axial lesion along superomedial aspect of right tentorium cerebella with supratentorial extension. The lesion is compressing brainstem, right medial temporal lobe, superior aspect of 4th ventricle and indenting trigeminal nerve. No extension is seen into the Meckel's cave.
No obvious hydrocephalus seen.

Findings are suggestive of a medial tentorial meningioma with supratentorial extension.
