Comminuted medial tibial plateau fracture involving the medial tibial spine has an articular surface step of up to 2.8 cm. Associated lipohemarthrosis and soft tissue edema.
Case Discussion
The presence of lipohemarthrosis is a strong indicator for an intra-articular fracture.
