At the level of the aortic arch, on the right, is a density projecting laterally from the mediastinum.

RIght sided mediastinal nodal mass (blue) mimics a right sided aortic arch. The normal left sided aortic arch (orange) has a normal appearance.

Multiple right sided paratracheal nodes are present, which appear of centrally of low density.
