Mediastinal neuroblastoma

MRI show a paraspinal soft tissue mass which is extending to the spinal canal via the neuroforamina and cause neuroforaminal widening and severe spinal cord compression.
Case Discussion
This patient went on to have a biopsy which confirmed the diagnosis of a neuroblastoma.
