Mediastinal teratoma

14 yrs male came with chest pain and breathlessness.


Left sided sided homogeneous opacity involving the mid zone ,lower zone and the paracardiac region with displacement of the mediastinum to the Rt. side.


Large mass with soft tissue, fat and calcifications

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with a mediastinal teratoma, although the differential is wide.
