Presented with abdominal pain and hematuria.

Bilateral amorphous, coarse calcifications throughout both kidneys which correspond the shape and position of the renal pyramids.

Case Discussion

The presence of calcifications with shape and position similar to renal pyramids suggests medullary nephrocalcinosis.
