Multiple hyperechogenic foci scattered through the medullary of both kidneys. Renal parenchyma has normal appearances, no hydronephrosis.
Case Discussion
Sonographic appearances are those of bilateral medullary nephrocalcinosis. The cause for this case was unknown at the time of the scan.
