Clusters of calcific density are noted over the renal shadows on both sides, distributed on the anatomical distribution of renal medulla.

Bilateral renal medullary calcifications.

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with medullary nephrocalcinosis, with medullary sponge kidney the most common etiology.
