Large mass arising from the right cerebellum with obstruction of the fourth ventricle and associated hydrocephalus.
Case Discussion
Diagnosis: pathology consistent with a medulloblastoma.
Differential considerations:
- formely PNET, now incorporated into the category of embryonal tumours with multilayered rosettes (ETMR) in the 2016 WHO classification.
- Atypical teratoid / rhabdoid tumour
