Large hyperdense posterior fossa mass with obstructive hydrocephalus and transependymal CSF flow.

Large mass arising from the right cerebellum with obstruction of the fourth ventricle and associated hydrocephalus.
Case Discussion
Diagnosis: pathology consistent with a medulloblastoma.
Differential considerations:
- formely PNET, now incorporated into the category of embryonal tumors with multilayered rosettes (ETMR) in the 2016 WHO classification.
- Atypical teratoid / rhabdoid tumor
