A mixed solid-cystic mass arising from the cerebellar vermis and demonstrating diffuse enhancement.
Case Discussion
Given the location of this tumor arising from the cerebellar vermis and its imaging features, medulloblastoma was favored. A possible differential to consider is a pilocytic astrocytoma. Correlation with the appearances on DWI/ADC would be helpful.
