Midline vermian mass with homogeneous enhancement.
Mild supratentorial hydrocephalus.

Mass appearing to arise from the vermis and extending to the midbrain. It has increased T2 and reduced T1 signal with heterogeneous enhancement. Restricted diffusion is present and high rCBV values on DSC-perfusion.
