Posterior fossa mass in a child is located posterior to the fourth ventricle, arising from the vermis. It has prominent restricted diffusion and heterogeneous enhancement. 

Case Discussion

These features are typical of a medulloblastoma with high cellularity accounting for diffusion restriction. The diagnosis was confirmed histologically.
