There is a posterior fossa mass located posterior to the fourth ventricle, arising from the vermis. It has prominent restricted diffusion and heterogeneous enhancement.
Case Discussion
These features are typical of medulloblastoma with high cellularity accounting for diffusion restriction. The diagnosis was confirmed histologically.
