Prominent cisterna magna, no gross pathology explains patient symptoms.

Case Discussion

CT images illustrate enlarged cisterna magna without enlargement of the posterior fossa or vermian hypoplasia, findings suggest an incidental mega cisterna magna.

No gross pathology explains delayed milestones.
