MEN I with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Multiphase CT demonstrates a large pancreatic body mass, with only marginal contrast enhancement. It is well circumscribed and there is no evidence for metastatic disease. 

Case Discussion

This patient has known multiple endocrine neoplasia I (MEN I). The mass was resected and proven to be a neuroendocrine tumour.
