40 year old female with chronic frontal headach

Modality: CT

large lobulated extra axial bifrontal mass with strong enhancement.

Modality: MRI

Large bifrontal lobulated extra axial mass with typical CSF cleft sign and display low signal on T1, bright signal on T2.

Modality: DSA (angiography)

The left ACA is displaced superiorly and there is tumor blush

Path proven meningioma, fibroblastic subtype.
