Headaches for about a month.

Gender: Female

CT Brain

Hyperattenuating mass in the right temporal region. Also a small calcification of residual aspect on the right high parietal region (extra-axial)/ After contrast there is homogeneous enhancement of the mass in the right temporal region, looking extra-axial, and there is also a tenuous right frontal enhancement that could respond to another lesions. Faint adjacent bone reaction.

Case Discussion

A meningioma is the most common type of extra-axial neoplasm and can account for 14 - 20% of all intracranial neoplasms.

Presumptive diagnosis on this case. It can be safely inferred in the report given to the radiological aspects.
