A well defined rounded extra-axial soft tissue isodense lesion in the right frontal region showing intense homogenous post contrast enhancement. Findings are likely due to meningioma.
Case Discussion
This case highlights the importance of contrast study in CT brain; as the lesion on non-contrast images is isodense to the adjacent brain parenchyma and small and could have been missed easily.
