Right frontal extra-axial lesion demonstrates all the typical features of a cerebral meningioma: extra-axial location, splaying of the cerebral cortical gray matter, medial displaced cortical veins, homogeneous enhancement with enhanced dural tail and finally localized hyperostosis of the overlying calvarium. Minimal mass effect upon the right lateral ventricular body.
Case Discussion
Findings are typical for a right frontal convexity meningioma.
