There is an approximately 61 mm well defined slightly higher attenuating mass in the right temporo-parieto-occipital lobe peripherally with no effects on the underlying bone which exhibits homogeneous enhancement and is associated with a prominent vessel, a little surrounding low attenuating edema and midline shift of just over 1 cm with compression of the ipsilateral lateral ventricle which is highly significant.
Case Discussion
Histology has demonstrated WHO Grade 1 meningioma.
