Homogeneously enhancing extra-axial mass centered on the left cavernous sinus, encasing the internal carotid artery with superior extension surrounding the anterior clinoid process which shows a hyperosteosis. There is also medial extension to the seller region as well as posterior extension to the prepontine cistern.
