A large well-defined broad-based right frontal parasagittal mass of extra-axial location. It appears isointense to the cortical grey matter on T1, and T2 and slightly hyperintense on FLAIR, with central areas hypointense on T1 and hyperintense on T2 (cystic component). No calcification or hemorrhagic component seen on the GE sequence. The postcontrast sequences show a homogeneous vivid enhancement of the non-necrotic component. Moderate surrounding vasogenic edema with a mass effect on the midline structures. The adjacent segment of the superior sagittal sinus is patent on postcontrast sequences as well as 2D-TOF sequences.
