Well-defined extra-axial broad-based partially cacified left frontal mass measuring 35 x 33 x 25 mm with enhancement of the non-calcified component. irregularity with hyperostosis of the adjacent inner table of the skull on the bone window. Moderate surrounding edema with no significant mass effect on the midline structures.
