Info

Two well-circumscribed broad-based frontal extra-axial masses (larger on the right), isointense to the cortical grey matter on both T1, T2, and hyperintense on FLAIR with vivid homogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences with a dural tail sign. No surrounding vasogenic oedema or significant mass effect on the midline structures is seen. A "CSF cleft sign" around the masses on coronal T2 (mainly on the right), indicating the extra-axial location.
