There is a well circumscribed, extra-axial, dural based, T1/T2 iso-intense lesion noted in the left high frontal region. On FLAIR the lesion appears slightly hyperintense. DWI/ADC show minimal peripheral restriction of the lesion. There is no calcification, hemorrhage or surrounding edema. Post contrast study shows homogenous avid enhancement of the lesion.

Dural tail sign is evident with the thickening and enhancement of the dura on the peripheral margins of the lesion. CSF cleft sign is evident at the lesion and brain parenchymal interface as a thin line of CSF which appears T2 hyperintense, outer to this there is T1/T2 hypointense dura. White matter buckling sign is also seen with the white matter projecting into the gyri adjacent to the lesion being slightly compressed. All these signs indicate the extra-axial location of the lesion.

There is no evidence of surrounding brain invasion or bony change.
