History of scalp SCC decades earlier, treated overseas.

There is widespread dural thickening with two focal extra-axial vividly enhancing masses almost certainly representing meningiomas.

Case Discussion

In the setting of prior radiotherapy, multiple meningiomas may develop. This usually occurs decades later.
