Non traumatic left knee pain. Swelling on lateral anterior aspect of knee - 15 days. Referred for radiograph and ultrasound for local swelling.

Cyst with few septa abutting lateral meniscus. A hypoechoic cleft is noted in lateral meniscus - possibly a tear.
