Sagittal T2W fat sat images show a complex tear in the anterior horn of lateral meniscus with associated parameniscal cyst.
Effusion is seen in the suprapatellar recess.
Case Discussion
Meniscal cysts can decompress into adjacent soft tissue and produce a parameniscal cyst without associates meniscal tear.
