Central abdominal pain and vomiting since 06:15 AM. On examination tenderness and guarding RIF. Acute appendicitis?

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

IUCD. Menstrual cup. No adnexal abnormality. No free fluid, free gas, or collection.

The solid organs are normal. Normal gallbladder. Normal retrocecal appendix.

No bony abnormality. Lung bases clear.
