There is a cup-shaped foreign body in the pelvis with the open part facing superiorly. It lies in the midline. No renal stones. Umbilical piercing noted. No other abnormalities.

Case Discussion
This is a silicone menstrual cup designed to be an alternative to tampons and sanitary pads. Various different brands are available but they all have the same shape.
