Several cholelithiasis containing air centrally are seen in the gallbladder. Gall bladder diameter and wall thickness are normal . No evidence of fat stranding around the gall bladder.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent with Mercedes Benz sign which is describes the appearance of the triradiate collection of nitrogen gas in the gallbladder stones.
